Summary
On-site brand collateral for a 5-city Google Workspace for Education teacher workshop series, delivered for Poin2 Lab, a Google Certified Partner. I translated Google's global brand guidelines into physical event materials — banners and signage — under a tight production timeline.

Context
Poin2 Lab hosted a teacher-facing Google Workspace for Education workshop series across five cities. Each venue needed consistent, Google-brand-compliant materials, but the guidelines are built for digital-first contexts — not physical, multi-venue events happening within weeks of each other.
The Challenge
Translating Google's brand guidelines into printed, on-site materials raised constraints the guidelines didn't directly address: readability at a distance, color reproduction on print stock, keeping strict consistency across five separate venues with different physical layouts, and managing co-branded placements alongside partner and local education office logos, all under a compressed timeline.

My Approach
I mapped each Google brand element to its physical constraint before designing: which elements had to stay fixed (logo lockup, core color codes) versus which needed adaptation (type scale for distance viewing, simplified color palettes for print, layout flexibility for varying venue sizes). This let me build a single system that could flex across five venues without compromising brand consistency.

Solution
• Mapped Google's core brand elements — logo lockup, color codes, typography — against each venue's physical constraints before designing. • Built a modular banner and signage system with a flexible layout grid, scaled for readability at a distance and optimized for print color reproduction. • Adapted the system across 5 venues with differing physical layouts, keeping brand execution identical at every location.

Impact
• 500+ teachers reached across 5 cities, ~100 attendees per venue. • 4.8/5 workshop satisfaction rating. • Zero brand drift across all 5 venues, despite differing physical constraints and a compressed production timeline.
